GTAP's Plan for Change

A concrete plan for Kenya.Action

GTAP is not just a party — it is a movement with a clear roadmap. Across seven strategic pillars, we are building the policies, coalitions, and grassroots momentum to transform governance in every one of Kenya's 47 counties.

Unified Agenda
Our Mandate

GTAP's plan centres on seven interconnected pillars — each one a targeted intervention in a system that has failed ordinary Kenyans. Together they form a coherent agenda for sustainable, equitable governance.

Seven Pillars of Action

How GTAP plans to bring change

Each pillar is a concrete policy area where GTAP has developed clear positions, legislative proposals, and community engagement strategies to deliver real, measurable outcomes for all Kenyans.

01
Social & Economic Justice

GTAP will push for fair redistribution of national resources, close gender and class wage gaps, and legislate protections that ensure every Kenyan — regardless of background — can thrive economically.

02
Inclusive Civic Participation

Through voter education drives, community assemblies in all 47 counties, and digital civic platforms, GTAP will make democratic participation accessible — not just on election day, but every single day.

03
Environmental Stewardship & Sustainability

GTAP will introduce binding green legislation, fight illegal deforestation, and champion climate-resilient agriculture — protecting Kenya's natural heritage for this generation and those that follow.

04
Education — Curriculum & Policy

GTAP will overhaul the national curriculum to prioritise critical thinking, technical skills, and civic literacy — and advocate for free, equitable access to quality schooling from early childhood through tertiary level.

05
Universal Health Care

GTAP will champion a fully funded, community-anchored universal health system — expanding rural clinics, reducing drug costs, and holding government accountable to its constitutional health obligations.

06
Family Programs Index

GTAP will create a national family resilience framework — delivering targeted social transfers, parenting support, child protection programmes, and community safety nets that strengthen Kenya from the household up.

07
Economic / Land Value

GTAP will pursue bold land reform — tackling historical injustices, capping speculative land ownership, and redirecting land-value gains into public infrastructure and opportunity for the landless poor.
